In addition to the many years of hands-on Management experience he has managed a broad spectrum of grass roots projects and re-structuring exercises in many parts of the world. Most of these projects involved the sourcing and introduction of new technologies and the follow up programs required to ensure the successful introduction and marketing of the product/technology.
